Conferencier is an information aggregator of events and is NOT an event organizer.
We collect, systematize, and display information about events (concerts, exhibitions, performances, conferences, and other events) from open sources on the Internet.
Important: We do not organize events, do not sell tickets, and are not responsible for conducting events.
Event information is collected from the following types of sources: - Official websites of venues and organizers - Public APIs of event aggregator services - Open event databases - Social networks and public event pages
For each event, we indicate the source of information and provide an active link to the original event page.
We make every effort to ensure the relevance and accuracy of information, however, we DO NOT GUARANTEE: - Accuracy of dates, times, and event locations - Current ticket prices - Ticket availability - Actual event occurrence
Organizers may change or cancel an event without prior notice.
All responsibility for: - Organization and conduct of events - Service quality - Compliance with the stated program - Ticket refunds - Participant safety
lies exclusively with the event organizers.
Tickets are purchased on the websites of organizers or official ticket operators. We do not participate in the ticket sales process and are not responsible for transactions.
All rights to: - Event names - Event descriptions - Photos and images - Logos and trademarks - Video materials
belong to the respective rights holders (organizers, venues, authors).
We use event information solely for informational purposes for user convenience. Use is carried out in good faith in accordance with the principles of information intermediation.
All mentioned event names, brands, venues, and logos are the property of their owners. The use of trademarks on our Service does not imply their ownership by us or any affiliation.
If you are a rights holder and believe that your rights are violated by the placement of information on our Service, you can:
The request must contain: - Your contact information (full name, email, phone) - Description of the intellectual property object - Link to the page on our Service containing the disputed content - Confirmation of your rights (link to trademark registration, copyright, etc.) - Statement of good faith request
We undertake to review the request and remove or modify the disputed content within 24-72 hours from the receipt of a properly formatted request.
We position ourselves as a good faith information intermediary acting in the interests of users. Our goal is to provide convenient access to event information.
We: - Indicate the source for each event - Provide active links to original pages - Do not prevent users from going to organizers' websites - Respond promptly to rights holders' requests - Do not use information for commercial purposes contrary to the interests of rights holders
The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change the terms of these Terms. Changes take effect from the moment of publication of the new version on the website.
The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the document.
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including: - Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Articles 1259, 1260, 1334, 1484 — on intellectual property) - Federal Law No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" - Federal Law No. 135-FZ "On Protection of Competition" (Article 14)
